Seam Checker

布头检测器是通过检测绑在布头的磁铁所发出磁场信号来检测布头的，检测器安装在缸体外面，以采集到缸体内足够大的磁场信号为依据，触发驱动信号及时截停主泵，从而找到布头。大大减少了通过人眼观察来找布头的时间，节省人力以及物力。

Seam checker is used for checking seam by testing the magnet magnetic field signal tied to the seam. Checker is placed out of the cylinder body. The magnetic field signal collected inside the cylinder body is large enough, and it could trigger the driving signal and stop main pump timely to find the seam. It could reduce the time to find the seam by the human eye observation greatly, and save manpower and material resources.
